We want you to love your Orave kit. If it is not right for you, you can return it.
14-day returns
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you wish to return it. For hygiene reasons, lashes must be returned unopened and unused, in their original packaging.
How to return
- Email us at contact.oraveparis@gmail.com with your order number.
- We will send you the return instructions.
- Once your return is received and checked, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.
Damaged or incorrect item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
